This is to bring to your attention that I have been trying to access my vaccine certificate numerous times since March 2022,with Reference I.D. 3408888 However, your system always says it is pending until today.I have a record of vaccines for the dozes of Sinopharm 1st dose and Astrazeneca 2nd dose for the month of Jan 2021- Jan 2022.Thank you. I am really hoping you can help me.
