Hi, this is Maria Maricris R. Lobrido, an OFW from Singapore. I had my first dose of Sinovac last 24th of June 2021 in Singapore and my second dose here in the Philippines last 31st July 2021. I would like to humbly ask for your assistance to obtain a Vaccination Certificate with QR code to be used for my travel and employment in UK. Please guide be on how to proceed? Thank you.

Your request You asked for Vaccination Certificate with QR code. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this concern can be best addressed by the Department of Health. VaxCertPH is a portal and mobile app developed by the DICT for the Department of Health (DOH) for the issuance of digital vaccination certificates for vaccinated individuals in the country. Please be informed that the DICT does not handle management of personal information of vaccinees in the portal.
