To whom it may concern,

 I was fully vaccinated in Clark. Just want to follow up please update my vaccination record. I have been register several times in vaxcert.ph but it says no record found. Please make an action of this. Since I need the certificate going  to Bohol. Please kindly update my vaccination record so that I can get my certificate then. I hope to hear from you soon.
