In preparation for my graduation, I would like to expound my knowledge in the 4PH project of PBBM that taps PAG-IBIG to assist in the development of housing projects. However, one situation that our class face is that:

"Is it possible for the local government unit to dispose its property intended for housing to a private entity (contractor/developer) who will utilize the subject property and develop the same for housing projects without entering into JVA or PPP?"

This refers to your eFOI request received on 07 June 2023 via the eFOI portal of the Home Development Mutual Fund (Fund) wherein you expressed interest and inquired on the Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino Program (4PH), a housing project by President Ferdinand “Bong Bong” Marcos (PBBM) thru the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD).
