Good Morning/Evening, I would like some clarification as to if i can use my US emergency passport to travel in the philippines, was a former filipino citizen but my philippine passport has expired and i have lost it. I am trying to travel back to the philippines to marry my fiance that is currently residing in the philippines. I got no other proof that i am a filipino except for my expired US passport that say i was born in manila. Any info/advise would be much appreciated.

Response to your request We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to BI Commissioner Jaime H.
