Hello, our engineer named Wilson BaƱo left our ongoing construction for a house renovation for over a year and owes us 500k or even more. We have receipts and we kept track how much we paid for the construction workers just to finish the house. He kept promising that he would pay us but months went by and still nothing. He escaped from Cebu and went back to his hometown in Agusan. We just want to find where he is currently residing so we could proceed with legal actions. Thank you!
