Our research paper includes on how to monitor, control or minimize at the very least the present problem on Cyber bullying, Cyber Child pornography, Cyber SEX operations in the country. We are trying to duplicate solutions from other countries such as Hongkong, Singapore etc. and in such we would be acquiring devices and instruments on how to do job, However to do so one of the pre-requisites of the program are frequencies (uplink and downlink) of service providers. We have approached the National Telecommunications Commission- Frequency Management Division (FMD) and Value Added Services (VAS) divisions but suggested that we go eFOI. Told us that there was a prior request and was granted. Once our studies will be successful, these papers will be coordinated with the Cyber Crime group of DICT for evaluation. Thank you very much for the support.
