Hi! I'm Chris, an undergraduate architecture student from TIP Manila. I am currently undertaking a feasibility study on a proposed Philippine International Cruise Terminal. This study is a partial fulfillment of my degree Bachelor of Science in Architecture. As such, I am in need of the following data: 1. Your request You asked for a copy of the following documents: 1. National Tourism Development Plan (NTDP) 2023-2028 2. Manila Cruise Port Masterplan and Feasibility Study 3. National Cruise Tourism Development Strategy and Action Plan 2023-2028 Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, the NTDP 2023-2028 is still in its stages of preparation for dissemination. Meanwhile, the latest document on cruise tourism is the National Cruise Tourism Development Strategy and Action Plan 2016-2022 and there have been no updates on the creation of the above-requested document. As such, we are constrained to deny your request under Section 6 (b) of Office of the President Memorandum Circular No. 89, which exempts from the right to access to information such information that a premature disclosure would be likely to frustrate the implementation of a proposed official action. Rest assured that the NTDP will eventually be made available through the DOT portal or website once available for release.
