Good day. Requesting the following information per trauma center if possible.
(1) Number of full-time specialists in the ff.: trauma surgery, neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery, thoracic and cardiovascular surgery, anesthesiology, critical care
(2) Number of specialized nursing and allied medical staff: critical care nursing, respiratory therapist, radiology technicians
(3) Availability of radiology equipment: CT, MRI, point-of-care ultrasound
(4) Availability of blood bank
(5) Annual census of trauma cases for 2019-2020 OR surgical / trauma bed capacity

I refer to my letter of Mar 11, 2020 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Updated list of trauma centers in the Philippines. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Jun 03, 2020.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
