To whom this may concern:
Good day!
The Comprehensive Land Use Plan is a 9-year government mandated plan prepared by every local government unit to serve as a blueprint of the desired physical pattern of growth of the locality. To be able to achieve the desired development, a municipality must know the needs to be addressed to close the gap between its current reality and its vision.
Because of this, a situational analysis must be conducted to determine the needs of the municipality in every sector. After determining the gaps, the local government unit with the help of national government agencies will be able to address the needs to provide the best quality of services to the people.
Part of this comprehensive study is the assessment of the educational services available in the locality. With this, we ask for your help in the completion of the needed data for the situational analysis the education sub-sector of the Municipality of Balud, Masbate.
• Updated list of School Facilities
• Student-Teacher and Student Classroom Ratio in the past five years
• Historical Enrolment for the past five years
Attached in this letter is a link to google drive file where the templates/forms for the needed data is found which may serve as your reference. (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1tkD9w2GvNgDfQk06nlXtBwgzCRRRKKGX/view?usp=sharing)
