Good day!
I would like to validate the legitimacy of claims by certain employers that DOLE has recently issued a memorandum that employers are now mandated to have their employees return to work on-site. They also mentioned that they must first seek DOLE's approval before they can continue providing Work-From-Home arrangements for their employees. And that in the absence of said DOLE approval, employers can no longer allow their employees to work from their own homes.
Hoping you would be able to shed some light into this matter.
Thank you!
