Hi, just wanted to ask if this DOLE labor inspection checklist on the bwc.dole website is the most updated one? https://bwc.dole.gov.ph/images/LLCS/LI_Checklist_2019.pdf Also, is the following document the latest rules on enforcing the labor code? https://bwc.dole.gov.ph/images/Issuances/DepartmentOrder/DO183_17_ChangesinSection2_Rule-XI___RevisedRules_onthe_Administration_And_Enforcement_of_LaborLaws_PursuantTo_Article128_ofthe_LaborCode_asRenumbered.pdf If they are not the latest, may I have a copy of the latest checklist, as well as enforcing rules? Thank you!

March 20, 2023 Dear Nathan Yatco, Thank you for your request dated Mar 17, 2023 12:52:01 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for an Updated DOLE inspection checklist. This is a response to your queries on the updated inspection checklist & enforcement procedure. Currently, DOLE Department Order 183 Series of 2017: REVISED RULES ON THE ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT OF LABOR LAWS PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 128 OF THE LABOR CODE, is under review and amendments. Once approved, it will soon be posted on the DOLE Website and published in a general circulation newspaper. The checklist will also soon be revised upon the issuance of the new Department Order.
