We are conducting a study on the barriers that influence the employers’ attitudes towards Deaf-mute persons in quick Service restaurants in Metro Manila. With this, we would like to request a copy of the latest list of population of PWDs in the Philippines to help us gather data necessary for the success of our thesis.
