Hi, I would like to know how many government employees from UP and the admin for the Office of the Student Regent facebook site joined the rally last february 24? how can they just put on their page this? "Iskolar ng Bayan is ready for the downfall of Duterte's dictatorship!" are they punishable by law? I saw on their site that they are govt officials
