Hi, I wanted to verify if we are able to file a complaint about an unresponsive real estate broker. We have a series of follow-up emails about the turnover since we have made the full downpayment on the property but it has been 2 years after submitting all docs to our broker and pag-ibig but still no update till today. We are unsure where should we seek assistance on this. Thank you.
