1.My past company give preventive suspension w/c is 5days dated JULY 10-15,2019 for negligence etc. 2.july12,2019 i send the explanation thru email and they reply that they received it. 3.i follow up until the end of the date of my suspension no one replied even the HR head 4.july 17 they replied that they already send the TERMINATION NOTICE on JULY10 thru mail and they inform me on july17 5.they did not give my salary and incentives which is amounting of almost 50k in total 6.my main concern is is it legal to terminate me on the same day that they served the memo and also the claims
