I would like to request to investigate the guidelines of HOA LUMINA, located at Brgy Vista Alegre, Bacolod City, Negros Occidental. Nakapaloob sa guidelines na required ang home owners na mag bayad ng construction bond amounting to 5,000 kung magpapa-ayos ng interior sa bahay. Thank you.
