Hi, Gusto ko po mag request ng unemployment certificate para ma ipasa ko sa SSS at maka pag apply. Dahil hindi ko po nakikita sa online ang Region 11. Dahil nagsara po ang kompanya na pinag tatrabahuan ko. Sana po matulungan niyo ako at mabigyan ng sagot sa aking hinihinging request at para ma ipasa ko na online sa SSS.

June 2, 2021 Dear Tita Chor Abapo, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 31, 2021 05:51:39 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for Unemployment Certificate for SSS Benefits. Please be advised that pursuant to the Department Circular No 01. Series 2019-Section IV- Venue of Filing of Application for DOLE Certification stated that "employees who are involuntary separated may file their application for DOLE certification at the DOLE Field Office of jurisdiction". Separated employees may apply via walk-in but due to the pandemic, affected employees are highly encouraged to apply online if the service is available. For follow up of request, you may contact the DOLE RO/FO to which you have lodge your request. We hope we have assisted you in clarifying your concerns. Thank you.
