To whom it may concern, Ako po si Darlyn Flordeliz nakatira sa Brgy. Pasong Putik, Novaliches, Fairview, Quezon City. Magtatanong lang po sana ako dahil naka fill up po ako ng SAP Form pero sa 3rd Tranche ang po ung nakuha ko. Malaking tulong po sa amin ng pamilya ko kung mabigay po sa amin ang 1st at 2nd tranche ng ayuda dahil ako lang po bumubuhay sa senior ko na mga magulang.
