Good day! I would like to ask for your help in reporting and resolving a credit card fraud case that I experienced last August 2021. I have been coordinating with the card issuer (BPI) and the involved merchants (Shopee and Lazada) for the past weeks. The merchant Shopee was able to block the user account who used my credit card but they are unable to share the details and address due to the Data Privacy Act. They can only do so once they receive a subpoena as per their team. I hope I can further coordinate with you and ask supporting documents regarding this case Thank you
