Good afternoon. I would like to file a case against Globe Telecom. I am one of their consistent customers but last 4 months until now Globe Telecom keeps on charging me 490.18 for Netflix that is not even exists. I confirmed it to Netflix and they sent me confirmation that no account is signed under my number. I raised this multiple times to Globe Telecom mainly in SM San Lazaro, Robinsons Manila, and Fishermall but all of them gave me only a reference number saying that they have processed it but when I received my bill today, May 30, 2021, the excess charge is still there.
