September 8, 2023 Dear WESLEY Espinosa, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Aug 21, 2023 10:15:02 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. This is to quote your request "This is regarding unauthorized connection of inaudible (ultrasonic sound wave) radio frequency audio signal since October 25, 2019 up to this date, despite the affiant vehement condemnation and opposition. Over the line there were accusation that the same is maintained by CIDG". Furthermore, you also asked for an investigation or any information regarding the following: 1. The source; 2. Legality of imposition; 3. Contact person; and 4. Immediate disconnection.
