You requested information on the following for transparency purposes: (1) An official list of Unconditional Cash Transfer and Social Pension Beneficiaries in the location of Brgy. Tara, Mabinay, Negros Oriental covering the period of 2019 up to the present available information.

Response to your request

Unfortunately, the information you are requesting falls under the list of Exceptions to the Right of Access to Information enumerated in the Inventory of Exceptions to Right to Access to Information issued by the Office of the President (attached as ANNEX B to the FOI Manual of the DSWD). Specifically, it falls under:

a.	Information of a personal nature where disclosure would constitute a clearly unwarranted invasion of personal privacy, personal information or records, including sensitive personal information, birth records, school records, or medical or health records;
