Good day, Ma'am/Sir! We are undergraduate BS Civil Engineering research students from the University of Santo Tomas. As part of our thesis, we are in need of the following data about Typhoon Ondoy in Port Area Manila specifically Barangays 465 to 471 of Sampaloc. - flood level records; - rainfall intensity in mm/hr In line with this, we are kindly requesting your permission to access the said data from your office.
