Hi! I would like to request information on how to secure for a copy of TVV Extension Official Receipt attached to a TVV extension application which has been investigated and found out to be forged used as a ground of blacklisting a foreigner. As a spouse, I would like to secure a copy of that FORGED TVV EXTENSION O.R. from Bureau of Immigration so I am very interested to know of how to go about it. Thank you!
