Hi. I would like ot rewues for the FUL AUDIT REPORT of TUV RHeinland on the the Dalian trains purchased by the Philippine government from China. I have made a similar request before but what was given to me was just the following: Response to your request We can only share with you the presentation regarding the TUV Rheinland's Audit Report. For future queries regarding the matter, kindly lodge your concerns directly to the Office of Undersecretary for Railways at 8790-8300 local 299. The DOTr also posted in its official Facebook page a press release regarding DALIAN trains
