June 19, 2018 Dear Fitz Gerald De Guzman, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jun 07, 2018 02:14:07 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for TUV Rheinland Complete Audit Report. Your FOI request is approved. However, the TUV Audit Report is still under review of the DOTr. It is not for public release yet so as not to preempt the ongoing review and the succeeding steps that the DOTr shall take after the review.
