March 14, 2018 Dear Fitz Gerald De Guzman, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 12, 2018 01:00:36 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for TUV Rheinland audit report for MRT3. Your FOI request is approved. However, the audit and assessment of TUV Rheinland on the Dalian Train is substantially completed, but not yet concluded.
