I would like to request for a full copy of the TÜV Rheinland Audit Report for Manila MRT-3. After more than 8 months since the DOTr announced the audit, no audit report was disclosed to the public by the DOTr nor the MRT3. The Audit Report was made not only to identify the current condition of the EDSA line, but also to identify the future of the 48 LRVs from CNR Dalian ordered on 2014 by the past administration. Upon reviewing the Executive Order #2 and its exemptions, I believe that none of the exemptions qualifies for the DOTr not to disclose the said document. Thank you.

Per DOTr Undersecretary for Railways Timothy John Batan, we can only share with you the presentation they had made regarding the TUV Rheinland Audit Report.
