Dear Ms. Mendoza,
This is to acknowledge receipt of your thesis proposal. I sent you a SMS (thru mobile number 09554231649) last Monday, October 26, as we have some queries on your thesis; I am not sure if you received my message, hence this email.
May I ask what you meant by "ancillaries for pawikan and production of pawikan" in your letter? Nonetheless, please be informed that we are already collating the data that you are requesting.
Your clarification on these will be greatly appreciated. We are most willing to discuss these matters, should you feel the need for it. You can contact me through my mobile number, 09478128634.
Thank you.
