January 19, 2022 Dear Charnie Jean, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Jan 18, 2022 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for tuition fee assistance. Response to your request We certainly understand your concern. However, the eFOI portal was created for its stakeholders to access information, official records, public records, and documents and papers pertaining to official acts, transactions, or decisions by the government. This may also include government research data used as a basis for policy development. Given the nature of your request, we believe this can be best addressed by your Local Government Unit (LGU) or your CHED Regional Office. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
