Hi good day! I would like to request the list of blacklisted American citizens who are banned to visit the Philippines. My friend had a criminal record in North Dakota and he will be cleared to be free by May 19, 2021. He wants to know if he is still on the list and how long he has to wait. Thank you.

Your request You asked for the list of blacklisted American citizens who are banned from visiting the Philippines Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact the Bureau of Immigration at (632) 8-527-3248 or (632) 8-465-2400, or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal. Nonetheless, we would like to advise you that requests pertaining to the inquiry to private affairs of individuals are included in the list of exemptions to the FOI and are likely to be denied in accordance to the implementing rules and regulations of the FOI Program.
