Sir/mam pinalawig pa po ni Pres.Duterte ang general community quarantine.at wala pong abiso n yung mga non essential outbound ay pwede ng makalipad.sa inyo n lng po ako umaasa n ang aking pakiusap ay mapagbigyan n kmi ng aking anak ay mapahintulatan ng BI n makalipad sa UK.humanitarian reason nman po ang reason.naawa at nagaalala po ako sa aking anak lalo n po sa knyang kalagayan.parang awa n po ninyo.bilang ina na nakikiusap po ako n mapagbigyan ninyo kmi ng aking anak n makaalis kahit sa konting buwan lng n illagi po nmin duon dahil ang aming visa ay lumalakad n sa bawat araw.

Passport Number #P3022067A.ay mayron pong visa approved dated July 23,2020 At ang aking anak na si Richard Chris Sanchez 16 years old Passport Number#P3022070A ay mayron na pong visa approved dated July 29,2020.sa araw araw na lumilipas po na ilang buwan na lng at mappaso na po ang aming visa.officers ako po ay nagmamakaawa po sa inyo na bilang ina na nakikiusap na pahintulutan po ninyo kami na makalipad sa United Kingdom ngayon September as humanitarian reason.na kaya po kami pupunta duon dahil sa nallapit na panganganak ng aking anak ngayon September 2020. sa ngayon po ay wala siyang makkasama.pasencya na po kayo officer sa kakulitan ko na makiusap po sa inyo.pagpalain po kayo ng maykapal.maraming salamat po.

If the purpose of your travel is for family reunification, you may be allowed to leave the country subject to (1) Execution of BI Declaration acknowledging the risks involved in travelling; and (2) Upon return, shall follow the Guidelines of Returning Overseas Filipinos of the National Task Force (NTF). Aside from complying with the IATF conditions, you must also present a valid passport and visa, a copy of your daughter's passport/visa, your birth certificate, and all other necessary/supporting documents relative to the essentiality of your travel, upon immigration inspection.
In addition, based on the sufficiency of the travel documents presented, the conducting immigration officer may also look for a certification or letter of allow entry from the receiving state.
Kindly coordinate also with the concerned airline for other required travel documents and boarding policies.
Your right to request a review
