Hi, I would like to confirm if the travel ban on DOST scholars and graduates has been lifted already. I have scheduled out of the country trips (vacation) in the coming months and I would like to confirm if there is still a need to secure for a travel clearance. If the travel ban has been lifted, appreciate if you may share copy of the memo for documentation. Thank you!
