Hi goodevening gsto ko lng po sana matanong if pwede ko po ba makuha ang travel records ko last year ko pa po nabayaran kaso nagka pandemic kaya d ko nakuha dahil lockdown ngayon po nais ko po sana makuha ang aking travel records..my babayaran pa po ba ako eh nagbayad na po ako eh kelangan ko po ang travel records para po sa pag aabroad ko papuntang taiwan..dito pa po sakin ang resibo po ng nabayaran ko..maraming salamat po

Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we would need for you to personally file and request for your travel record at BI Main Office. Travel Record consist of personal information that is protected under the Data Privacy Act 2012, comprehensive and strict privacy legislation “to protect the fundamental human right of privacy, of communication while ensuring free flow of information to promote innovation and growth.” Other ways are to authorized someone with Special Power of Attorney or with court order. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the BI Commissioner, JAIME H.
