Good evening.

This is with regards to my first request letter were I noticed I missed type dates on September 2015. 

Correct dates are September 08,2015 to July 03,2019.
I need this information that I exited in Qatar at the date 03,2019 and arrived in Manila Philippines the following day. 

I hope you can consider my request for travel records so I can apply for my Qatar Police clearance.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we would need for you to personally file your application or request to the BI Main Office. This is in compliance to the Data Privacy Act 2012, comprehensive and strict privacy legislation “to protect the fundamental human right of privacy, of communication while ensuring free flow of information to promote innovation and growth.” Please be reminded that Travel Record is protected by the Data Privacy Act. Thus, it can only be disclosed to the owner of the information, with Special Power of Attorney if thru authorized representative or with Court Order.

Your right to request a review

MORENTE, Bureau of Immigration, Magallanes Drive, Intramuros, Manila.
