Hi i would like to request certificate of travel record because when i came back in philippines from japan because i was born in japan and i used travel documents as my passport year 2001 but i lost the travel documents. The purpose of the travel record i will use it for applying my passport in dfa that is the request dfa. Thank you and godbless
