November 16, 2020 Dear Maricris, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Nov 16, 2020 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for Travel History. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we would need for you to personally apply and request for the issuance of your travel records to BI Main Office, Magallanes Drive, Intramuros, Manila. We are sorry but travel record of an individual is protected under the R.A. 10173 also known as Data Privacy Act of 2012. Thus, Bureau observe strict implementation of releasing and disclosing passengers' travel record, and requires personal filing, request and receipt except when issued with Special Power of Attorney to the duly representative or Court Order.
