Good day, i would like to request my travel records of entry and exit for my employment abroad. thank you and hoping for positive result of my request.
March 24, 2021 Dear JOEVELYN, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 23, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for TRAVEL DOCUMENTS ENTRY AND EXIT OF JOEVELYN ALBITO AZUCENA. Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we would need for you to personally file and request for your travel record at BI Main Office. Travel Record consist of personal information that is protected under the Data Privacy Act 2012, comprehensive and strict privacy legislation “to protect the fundamental human right of privacy, of communication while ensuring free flow of information to promote innovation and growth.” Other ways are to authorized someone with Special Power of Attorney or with court order. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to the BI Commissioner, JAIME H.
