Dear Jennifer Jove,
I refer to my letter of Oct 08, 2018 12:16:20 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for TRANSPORT TERMINALS.
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query.
What do you mean by transport terminals? Is it the Intermodal Terminal Exchange or the traditional bus terminals? If the latter, we do not have the information you are requesting. Transport terminals are under the jurisdiction of the local government units where they are operating in.
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 02, 2019 01:42:57 AM, your request will be closed.

I refer to my letter of Oct 08, 2018 12:16:20 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for TRANSPORT TERMINALS.
I can give you the concession agreements for the ParaƱaque ITX and North ITX. However, I need you to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement. I forwarded to your email address the NDA that you needed to sign. Also, this NDA should also be notarized. Once done, kindly sent the scanned copy to the foireceiving.dotr email address.
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 21, 2019 06:16:15 AM, your request will be closed.

Dear Jennifer,
I refer to my letter of Oct 10, 2018 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for TRANSPORT TERMINALS. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Jan 02, 2019.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to or visiting our central office. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
