My name is Jocelyn Luciano Cariño, DOB: April 3, 1987. I enrolled last 2005 by myself and due to unforeseen circumstances and because of my young age and lack of maturity, I wasn't able to sustain and move forward with my studies at that time so I just decided to drop out. I just attended for 1 month or less. I am humbly requesting your assistance to process my request to transfer my credential to LPU Batangas as our last day of submission of documents will be on the 24th June 2023 in line with our requirements for graduation.
Kindly refer to attached certficate of enrollment for Asian Insititute of Computer Studies Dau Branch.
