May 25, 2023 Dear Ms. Empuesto: Greetings! Thank you for your request dated May 24, 2023 01:54:09 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for Transfer of RDO. Response to Request You asked for Request for Transfer of RDO from RDO 080 - Mandaue City to RDO 93A - Zamboanga City, Zamboanga del Sur. Response to Request In reply, we called you today May 25 at 10:00 am to verify additional information but to no avail. Please be informed that you may send your duly accomplished BIR Form 1905 together with your scanned two (2) government issued I.D.s, and request for the transfer of your TIN records to the Revenue District Office (RDO) having jurisdiction over the place of your residence. not with your new company address.
