I am asking the help and guidance of the Commission on Higher Education to please, support me in asking for my transfer credentials from my current school (Systems Plus College Foundation MAIN) and going to my new school. I urgently need help, because the school registrar would like to give me a long period before releasing my requested documents, it says that I can get my transfer credentials for about a month.

Response to your request While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, your request for a copy of your transfer credentials could be best addressed by your Higher Education Institution since they have the original copy of your requested file. Please coordinate directly with your HEI's registrar. Your right to request a review: If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you about the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request. If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011). Thank you.
