May I respectfully request a physical photocopy (or even at least a digital image) of the said TCT in order to facilitate issuance of a certified true copy thereof by the Register of Deeds in far-away Sultan Kudarat, which is needed to pay the estate tax whose deadline on June 14, 2021 was not extended despite the pandemic.
