Good day mam/sir,I just want to inquire if it still possible to be verified our personal copy of our credentials in Colegio sta. Monica las piñas as thi school already closed. Is it possible to request on CHED for us to provide our credentials? Because we need it directly to be sent from an institution for our employment purposes here in abroad thank you.Can you provide some details how can be solved this problem for us former students of Colegio sta.monica manila.We already suffering.

I am currently based here in Canada I cannot apply to any work related to healthcare because they are waiting for me to submit my school credentials directly from the institution in the Philippines I hope for your kind consideration please,Thank you

I attached my personal copy of my school credential's can you tell me if you can authenticated this and send it directly here in Canada? Because my school already closed?

Please be informed that based on records, the said school ceased operation effective Academic Year 2012-2013. However, there was no turn over to the Commission the documents of its students/graduates.

Given the nature of your request, we believe this can be best addressed by the CHED 8888 portal.
