Hello, I would like to request my transcript of records for the academic year 2020 to 2021. We cannot just pay 13,599 pesos for nothing. I did not know that it is required to go personally to the school to become a dropout, officially. So, I dropped out via phone call in September 2021 using the contact number of my school (09360892592). The employee said that I should stop paying my tuition fees, then I will be dropped out automatically. The employee misled me. Now the school staff demands I pay 13,599 pesos for them to release my transcript of records.
