Good day! My name is  Monica Malig, and it has been seven years since I graduated from the Bachelor of Arts in Communication program at La Verdad Christian College-Caloocan.

I have acquired the original copy of my Transcript of Records; however, regrettably, I have misplaced it, and now it is a requirement for my job application.

I have made an inquiry with my school regarding the possibility of obtaining another copy of my TOR. However, they have informed me that there are no records indicating that I have obtained an exit clearance. In order to provide evidence of my exit clearance, I have
