I would like to request a certified copy of my Transcript of Records because my school, Galang Medical Center Collge had already closed. It would need To have to have a form of Nursing Education verification, to be completed by the official authority: applicant’s academic transcripts as well as syllabi/course descriptions for the course of study attended.
