Hi,
I would like to request for the following:
1. My Transcript of Records for school years 1994 - 1995 from Perpetual Help College of Binan Laguna
Perpetual Help College of Binan Laguna said that records may not be available due to flood issue and may have destroyed old school credentials already. I'm hoping that academic transcripts have been forwarded to the Dep't of Education.
