Your Request You asked for Transcript of Records. You may personally visit the Registrar’s Office from Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM to request your documents. For your TOR request, proceed first to the Registrar's Office window and get the payment slip and pay the amount due at the Cashier's Office. Present the official receipt to the Registrar window and you will be given the claim stub. Bring 1 pc. documentary stamp. All requested documents are processed within 7 to 10 working days upon receipt of payment. An authorization letter, ID of student and ID of representative must be presented if the concerned student is not available to receive the requested document on the scheduled date of release. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to [email protected].
